Ancient Wisdom for a Modern World
For thousands of years, meditation has been practiced as a powerful means of connecting with the inner self—an ancient art of stillness, awareness, and self-discovery. In a world that moves faster every day, this timeless practice is more relevant than ever. Meditation is no longer confined to mountain tops or monastic silence; it is a living tradition that continues to evolve, embracing all cultures and lifestyles.
What exactly is meditation? Is it reserved for the spiritually advanced—or can anyone learn to quiet the mind and find peace within? Must one sit cross-legged for hours, or can meditation take root in the midst of daily life?
Join us this October for the Meditation Festival, a unique 2-week event, exploring the many faces of meditation. Each evening, beginning Monday 20th October 2025 at 6.30 PM, a different event will unfold —through guided practices, inspiring talks, music and more – discover how meditation can awaken peace, clarity, strength, inner fulfilment and joy —qualities that uplift not just the individual, but the world around us.
ADMISSION FREE. No prior experience necessary. Come as you are—leave with a deeper connection to who you truly are.
