Take your running to a new level of awareness and enjoyment. Join us for an inspiring one hour workshop of exercises that will help you to achieve a mediative flow in your running.

In this workshop, we will take you through some simple breathing and awareness techniques that you can implement in your own daily routine. You will learn how to tap into hidden energy and potential locked deep within. We will have a balanced mix of explanations and running time. All running levels welcome.
