Four-Night Meditation Course

Abhinandan WillisAbhinandan lives in Australia and has been meditating for over 20 years. He has lectured in over a dozen countries and loves spending time with anyone who would like to learn more about meditation. He is a keen runner and works professionally managing mass-participation running events.

This 4-night course will explore many benefits of meditation with the aim of equipping you with meditation know-how and the inspiration to establish and nurture your own daily practice. We will explore some common techniques including visualisation, breathing exercises, open-eyed concentration, mantric singing and heart-centred awareness. Abhinandan is an engaging speaker who loves sharing his own stories.

The course is for beginners and experienced meditators alike and will cover variety of topics, tips & practical exercises to help you to set-up (or improve) your home practice and advance on your journey of self-discovery towards fulfilling, peaceful and joyful life.

No prior experience necessary. Classes in a course are sequential.
